A square pan with ridges perfect for searing, browning and low-fat frying, you may find yourself using these at home. They’ve got a base suitable for gas, induction and electric stoves, and you can even stick the whole thing in the oven when the handle is removed.

Made with a triple coated non-stick surface over lightweight die-cast aluminium the handle is easily detached making it compact for transport.
