Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unworn, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hygiene & Safety products (opened items)
  • Hydration bladders/bottles (used items)
  • Knives & Tools (sharpened or used items)
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear
  • Any item damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Details using our return request template below.
  3. Wait for Approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Ship Your Return using the provided instructions. Include all original packaging.
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange once we process your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges:
