Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our outdoor gear like we stand behind our adventures. If your purchase didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unused, unworn, with tags attached)
  • Original packaging with all accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase must accompany the return

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Hygiene & Safety products
  • Used Hydration bladders/bottles
  • Sharpened or used Knives & Tools
  • Footwear showing signs of wear
  • Any item damaged due to misuse or improper care

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchanges
