4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to claim, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original condition (unused, unworn, with tags attached)
• Original packaging with all accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase must accompany the return

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Hygiene & Safety products
• Used Hydration bladders/bottles
• Sharpened or used Knives & Tools
• Footwear showing signs of wear
• Any item damaged due to misuse or improper care

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return and will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
